Greiner Boutique Moutain Chalet has been standing at the foot of the Belianske Tatras for 80 years. A sensitively reconstructed family cottage from 1937 offers the opportunity to live a step away from hiking trails, a ski resort and enjoy relaxation with a view of the panorama of the Belianske Tatras. 3 floors with an area of 185 m2. The social space consists of a cozy, fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a generous outdoor terrace with an area of 30 m2. The terrace is characterized by a breathtaking view and is ideal for summer barbecues and sitting with good wine. Gourmets will certainly appreciate the presence of a massive fireplace grill, a large pot for goulash, or a powerful convection oven for baking. A dishwasher, a microwave oven, basic spices, a coffee machine for coffee beans, local herbal teas and a package of vegetables and fruits for the first breakfast are a matter of course. There is also a toilet and utility room with a washing machine on the ground floor. There is a stable Wi-Fi internet connection, a smart TV with Netflix and a minibar. A well-maintained, asphalt road leads to the cottage, accessible by normal vehicles even during the winter months. The cottage offers 5 parking spaces directly at the entrance to the property, which it does not share with any other object. One parking space has a wallbox charger for charging an electric car. The cottage is located outside the tourist center and offers complete privacy. Thermal comfort is ensured by automatic gas heating with intelligent NETATMO control, air exchange is ensured continuously by centrally controlled COMAIR ventilation. An interior tiled stove and a high-quality audio system will provide the perfect atmosphere. The parking spaces and the surroundings of the cottage are monitored by a camera system.
