The TATRAS restaurant uses the living rooms of the former old German house, which are transformed into cozy lounges with social features and their own atmosphere. The restaurant offers the guests something unusual and original, where everyone will find a romantic nook, a space for business meetings or other events. At the same time, guests can often watch the brewer work from the comfort of the restaurant while working in the brewery. The smell of hops and young beer then penetrates the whole space.
The chefs cook here in a modern way – by slow cooking at low temperatures. They offer customers the opportunity to choose and catch trout from their own aquarium and choose the way it should be prepared. It depends on the freshness and seasonality of the menu. The offered one can of course be combined with beer, and thus get to know a real gourmet experience. Modern cuisine is under the thumb of chef Milan Duráni, who for decades has headed prestigious restaurants in Germany and Italy. Under his leadership, the chefs make their own mixtures of spices, sauces, spelt pasta, bake their own bread, use beer soup variably or mix their beer ice cream.
