IBA.TU is a bistro for lovers of street and classic dishes. Everyone enjoys baked roasts with cheese or sauerkraut, shredded meat or mushrooms. Breaded veal cutlet or fried cheese (in Slovak vyprážaný syr) will also please many guests. The ingredients are selected by chefs with an emphasis on quality and locality. Organic meat and bryndza come from Ekofarma Važec and sandwiches are served on homemade sourdough bread baked in Kežmarok.
The specialty of the bistro is lightly smoked soft beef – Pastrami. The whole preparation process, from cooking, through smoking to stewing, is carried out in steam. The establishment also offers a vegan burger with legumen meat flavored with fresh herbs and tofu marinated in a home-made marinade. The offer includes a selection of the Spiš brewery Zipser, sweet Waffles with Nutella, banana or forest fruits.
