The villa has three four-bed apartments and one smaller double-bed apartment available for accommodation. There are 14 beds altogether. The apartments consist of two twin bed bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a spacious hall, which is divided into three parts - the kitchen area, the dining area and the living area ( with a stereo TV ). Two of the apartments have their own large balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen in each apartment – a refrigerator, four electric hotplates, a set of pots and pans, eating utensils, and a set of dishes, cups and glasses. The bathroom is outfitted with two washbasins, a bathtub and a shower cubicle. The smaller two-bed apartment has a bathroom, which includes a toilet, a shower cubicle, and a washbasin. You can relax in front of the fireplace or at the bar in the great hall on the ground floor. From this position you can enjoy the winter garden, through which you exit out onto the terrace. There, for example, you can have a cookout or just sit by the fire. A sauna is also available. The villa has its own free of charge parking area located in front of the building.
