Administration of the object is provided by the property management company Familia Smokovec s.r.o., which started its activity in Winter season 2008/2009 and offers its services to the owners of the apartments.

* the property management company is planning to construct a new gazebo and a pavement, leading from the Apartment House to the railway station Nový Smokovec – Sibír, in spring. The gazebo can be used for barbeques and other gatherings.
