In summer time this is one of the most beautiful hikes in the border between High Tatras and Belianske Tatras. The hike begins in Tatranska Kotlina village (760m) at the bus stop situated opposite the Carda wooden cottage. From here follow the green trail marker for between 80 - 120 minutes to reach the Plesnivec chalet. From the chalet the trail goes steeply upwards under the Skalne vrata and Bujaci vrch mountain ridge towards the west. After 30 minutes, cross the little pass and leave Dolina siedmuch pramenov valley. The trail continues through the valley of Predne Medodoly to the lake at Velke Biele pleso (60 - 80 minutes). At this point, cross from the green trail marker to the red marker and in approximately 30 minutes the Zelene pleso mountain chalet should be reached. From here the trail descends continuously along the yellow trail marker for about 70 - 90 minutes in the vicinity the Biela voda creek and then through the Salviovy pramen to the Biela voda bus stop located close to the main Tatranska Lomnica - Tatranska Kotlina road. The bus journey back to Tatranska Lomnica takes about 10 minutes.
